We offer warranties on every job we performed, they can range from 1 to 20 years depending on what systems are used. The warranties are from our company, not a manufacture and they are for labor an workmanship. Materials warranty is separate but in the roofing trade just because a company says that you have a 50 year manufacture warranty on a certain product it does not mean your roof will last 50 years. It mean if the Shingle, Tile, Underlaymentâs fail then the manufacture will cover the cost of the materials only, and this is after they perform an inspection and determine that it was not âfaultyâ workmanship.
