When you are hired on a larger project, do you typically provide some form of warranty on work performed? What does the warranty typically include?

All work carries a warrantry, structural 10 years, when plumbing supplies purchaced by our licenced plumbers there work as well as the electrical have one year, any the items purchaced by they carry one year also well above the manufacture warranty

Yes we do. We offer a one year warranty on our labor. If the material we are using comes with a warranty, we inform the client of it and give them any necessary paperwork that goes with it. I.e. Azex decking has a warranty on their product.

Our standard warranty is 5 years, which covers our labor and workmanship, and support of any materials warranties from manufacturers and suppliers, for materials that we have supplied. We exclude any warranty support for finishes and other materials supplied by the customer.

In some trades, and without being willing to put it in writing, many small and local contractors support their work past the expiration of the written warranty.

Yes, but for each project it varies. I give my customers depending on the project 5 to 10 year workmanship warranty. Most products I use also have there own warranty, for example TimberLine Life Time shingles so I pass that information on to you as a homeowner. The only work I don’t guaranteed it concrete.

All work is guanranteed - if you spend money, you should get a guarantee.

We use quality materials supplied by GAF. They carry thier own warranty for materials - up to 50 years!

As installers, we warranty our work (labor) for 10 years on new roofing, 5 years on sealing repairs, and occasionally 2 years on old skylights.

Yes, we offer 1 year Service Warranty. All our products comes with 2 year warranty on Analog and 3 years warranty on IP and High Def. We offer affordable maintenance plan and extended warranty for up to 4 additional years. You could have warranty on products for up to 7 years. This is discussed during the Site Survey Appointment.

Minimum 5 years. Small company owner controlled I can say lifetime when I know who performed work. If a window has an issue you are worried about in 8 years it will show right away.

Yes,I do. A contractor,or Electrician who won’t warranty there work,is one whose work,is not worth having done. Honest Contrctor’s should never object to warranting thier work. A warranty is a guarantee of pride,grade,service,and ultimately ,trust.If I hve no confidence to warranty my work,how can my customer,have faith,in any work I do. This is why I always warranty My Work.My word is My Bond,and My Work is My Word.

We always provide at least a one warranty on all parts and services.

On our design build projects we offer 2 year warranty. As general contractors we provide 1 year. On equipment that has 5 to 10 years, we pass that on to clients. This is different from abuse and ware & tare.
