It is always best to do your homework and pick the right General Contractor & Builder that would handle all these aspects of your new home for you this way it is less stressful. You should be able to find a builder who can handle everything for you from start to finish which includes your blueprints, permits, materials, labor and so fourth. We are a general contractor & builder and we do everything in house except for HVAC, plumbing & electrical. We use licensed contractors in those trades to complete the work and we supervise and schedule everything with them so you the homeowner don’t have to worry about anything.
