Location determines price per SF in our great State,right down to the zip code and neighborhood. One Zip code may be $225 SF,and accross the street in Beverly Hills,its $450 a SF.

Home building vs.selling prices don’t even come close,but the site gives you an economical demographic of whether its high end homes,or average market priced homes. on the east cost the average price per sq ft is between $185 to $295 again that does not include land.
